Sales Representative for LifeTime Solutions
This full time position reports to VNA Community Healthcare's Director of Marketing and Program Development and the Managing Director of LifeTime Solutions. LifeTime Solutions (LTS) is a private duty home care agency affiliated with the non-profit VNA Community Healthcare (VNACHC).
Job Functions:
- Responsible for outside sales of LifeTime Solutions' private home care products and services.
- Sells all services of LTS, including homemaker/companion, personal care, live-in aide, emergency response system and professional services such as medication management.
- Generates appropriate client leads and admissions to meet monthly revenue goals.
- Represents LTS at community events, conducts regular sales calls and makes presentations that ensure that the company achieves its yearly revenue goals.
- Collaborates with VNACHC Marketing staff on LTS marketing materials and advertising.
- Minimum Qualifications include:
- Three years experience in sales and/or marketing with a proven track record in home care, hospice, medical device, assisted living, pharmaceutical and other health care sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with "cold calling" of current and potential clients.
- Excellent public presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated, organized and driven to succeed.
- Able to collaborate and work as a team player; sense of humor is a must.
